Cancellation Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following applies:

Cancellation costs till 31 days before arrival = 30% of the total price
Cancellation costs till 14 days before arrival = 100% of the total price

If you have paid in advance, the difference will be refunded to you. If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, the entire room price will be charged.

If your arrival is not possible due to COVID-19, we will refund the entire room price.
